Exchange = 98% on Gold & 95% on Diamond for Lifetime.

BuyBack = 98% on Gold & 90% on Diamond for 3 years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Buyback/Exchange is applicable only on Diamond Heritage's Diamond studed Gold Jewellery.
  2. Buyback / Exchange is applicable only in India & jewellery will not be accepted for exchange or buyback without Invoice.
  3. Buyback / exchange will be done as per deductions as applicable on the time of buyback / exchange
  4. Every piece of Diamond Heritage's diamond jewellery at time of exchange/buyback will be assessed at the factory and only the net content of gold/diamond/stones will be considered for the same. This process will take 10-15 working days and only after the assessment of the piece the exchange / buyback will be provided.
  5. Gold content will be valued at the rate of 98 % in case of exchange / buyback of the then prevailing market rate. The weight of gold will be net of all pearls, stones, lac,dust,dirt & any other extraneous material
  6. Diamonds will be valued at 95% at the time of exchange & 90% at the time of buyback as per the Diamond Heritage’s Wholesale prevailing purchase rate of Loose Polished Diamond.
  7. Making charges, taxes and value of semi-precious stones, synthetic stones, pearls, beads, etc. will be completely deducted.
  8. If Any Gold Coin is given (Under any Promotion/Scheme/Offer) at the time of Purchase, Value of Gold coin will be deducted from the Invoice Price before calculating Exchange/Buyback.
  9. If any voucher (Gift or Cash) has been used to Purchase Diamond Heritage Diamond Jewellery, at the time of buyback an additional amount of Rs. 3000/- or the discount value on the voucher (whichever being higher) will be deducted from the final calculated buy-back amount.
  10. No Buyback / Exchange can be given on customize items, Gold/Silver Coins, Chain or any Gifted Jewellery.
  11. Buyback shall be given up to three years only from the date of Invoice.
  12. No claim, buyback or exchange for damaged, broken and/or pilferage goods due to the fault of the purchaser after delivery shall be entertained. Any disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
  13. No Refund will be given on Gift/Cash Vouchers.
  14. These terms and conditions can be changed or modified at the sole discretion of the company without notice.
